TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL

1. First payment must be made within 48 hours upon order confirmation.

2. Second payment have to be made within 24 hours after 2nd confirmation. ( For us to mail the items out to you ASAP.)

3. Only I-banking/ATM transfer are allowed. (NO INTER-BANK TRANSFER)

4. All fields on the order form have to be filled up.

5. No cancellation of orders after payment is made. There will be NO REFUNDS.

6. A fixed handling charge will be charged on every order.

7. Delivery takes approximately 7-21 days (depending on stock avaliability).

8. Pre-order of product or replenishment of stock, waiting period is approximately 14-21 working days. ORDER ONLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT.

9. No meet-ups as we are currently situated in Taiwan.

PAYMENT

There will be a total of 2 payments.
1st Payment: (Item price in TWD + Postage fees in Taiwan/20*)+ (Number of Items x Handling Fee)

2nd Payment(after the stock reaches charmm-ed): Shipping Fees** + Misc

Handling Fee: $1.50 per item
Handling Fee (Agent needed): $3 per item




NOTE: In order to make the shipping charges more affordable, we will be sending the stocks in bulk to our counterpart in Singapore and have them mailed out individually to each and everyone of you.


*BASED ON USUAL CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE, WE TAKE IT AS TWD20:SGD1.
